The Council works because every founder arrives ready to put something real on the table. A decision. An offer. A message. A plan that needs to be challenged before it is executed.
I review every application personally because the quality of this experience depends on the people in the room. I am looking for founders who are prepared to receive honest feedback, contribute thoughtful perspectives, and complete the work between sessions.
