ChopnBlok Named HBJ Landmark Award Finalist

That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that ChopnBlok has been named a finalist in the Houston Business Journal’s Landmark Awards! This prestigious recognition highlights real estate projects that redefine architecture, functionality, and community engagement.

Located at 507 Westheimer Road, ChopnBlok spans 3,000 square feet and represents a bold vision for modern dining, blending West African flavors with a fresh, inviting space. The project, developed by J. Hunter Properties and led by tenant Ope Amosu, is a shining example of how thoughtful design can elevate a culinary experience.
